I am a trained biologist with 25 years of experience in leadership of multifunctional teams and project management in global pharmaceutical drug development. My experience spans from R&D to clinical phases 1-3, regulatory approval and life-cycle management (clinical phase 4 and Investigator Initiated Trials). I have held leading roles in Project Management positions at different pharmaceutical companies, implementing and shaping project management process ensuring efficient planning and tracking of project activities, timelines and internal and external resources.

As as project manager I steer and lead the project team to deliver on agreed project milestones and project goals with high quality in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

As as project management lead I focus on establishing harmonized good practices and processes in project management and provide support, guidance and vision for improved outcomes to the project group.

Easy, visual project oversight and transparent internal and external communication are key to any project’s success.

Respect, trustworthiness and reliability are my key personal values which I bring as project manager to any project team or as project management lead to a project management office team. My communication- and leadership style is based on a consciously chosen balance of empowerment and support of others with the aim to boost self-motivation and to encourage continuous self-development and personal growth. This is also part of my coaching philosophy which embraces the whole person focusing on authenticity to bring out one’s best potential.
